Terms and Conditions

Confirmation of banquet hall/venue is subject to its availability on the date of receipt advance amount. Till such time, your booking would be treated as tentative and would be liable to be cancelled without prior notice, based on Our Hotel Policy of “First Come First Serve” Against the Confirmed Booking.

25% Advance on Confirmation and the Rest Amount should be Settled 10 days before the Function Date.

Full Payment of the package should be done at least 10 days (Ten days) before the function date. This will avoid last minute payment & NOC issues.

The quotation will be offered to you based on your enquiry.

Hotel reserves the right to revise the rates for any reduction in number of persons.

Rates quoted will be applicable for the specific function only and subject to confirmation from your end within 7 days from the date of quotation.

The charges would be made as per the guaranteed number of persons & the bill for the functions is based on per plates, all applicable GST as extra.

Food shall be prepared only for 10% of the number of guaranteed guest. If the number of guests exceeds more than 15% of the guaranteed number, we will try and put in the best of efforts to meet requirement but the Hotel would be unable to ensure consistency in quality and Quantity Food & Beverage services.

Full Menu Items cannot be served on the table for any VIP or Special Guest.

No leftover food will be packed even if the plates consumed are less than guaranteed number of persons.

We will be providing HALL for 5hrs only. Extra usage of the venue will be chargeable.

Extra usage of venue beyond the specified time would be charged extra on hourly basis and it would be Rs.15000/- per hour.

The group coordinator from your end is expected to sign all the bills during the end of the functions if required so.

The hall should be vacated on or before the end time mentioned in this contract. In case of extension of time, applicable charges will be levied on an hourly basis subject to its availability.

Kindly note that the hotel does not allow fire crackers within or around the vicinity of the premises.

All GST percentage mentioned above are subject to change without prior notice, as per the rules & regulations of govt. of India.

Cancellation Policy: No Refund of deposited amount will be done in case of cancellation of confirmed booking.

Arms & Ammunition is strictly prohibited inside the premises.

Indemnity:

The Guest shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the hotel, its officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, and representatives, from and against any and all suits, liabilities legal proceedings, claims, demands, losses, costs and expenses of every kind or character (including reasonable attorney’s fees and expenses) that may arise from the Guest/ his guests conduct in connection with the performance of this agreement or arising from all and legal proceedings initiated in connection with the banquets function.
